The Environmental Police said that throwing water balloons is considered as a violation of the environment protection law in Kuwait. This act is punishable by up to KD 5,000 fine or three years imprisonment, it added.

Environmental Police urged all parents to warn their children to abide by the environmental protection law, especially during the national celebrations.

Nazar Sunday, February 11, 2024 OMG! Finally they woke up! Last year, I was about to run over my car on a sidewalk as I lost the control of the steering due to an unexpected ''water balloon attack'' by some Kuwaiti children on the streets of Khaitan Kuwaiti area.
