Up to 5,000 KD fine for throwing water balloons, EPA warns

The Environmental Police said that throwing water balloons is considered as a violation of the environment protection law in Kuwait. This act is punishable by up to KD 5,000 fine or three years imprisonment, it added.

Environmental Police urged all parents to warn their children to abide by the environmental protection law, especially during the national celebrations.
