The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) denied rumours circulating on social media sites about collecting service fees for using Kuwait Mobile ID App for authentication processes.
The Authority confirmed that it provides the use of the Kuwait Mobile ID application for all its services, whether authentication, electronic signature, or notifications, without imposing any financial fees.
