PACI, MoI sign agreement to facilitate online driving license

The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) and Ministry of Interior (MoI) signed an agreement to enable using the e-signature for verification in issuing driver’s licenses online for citizens and expatriates. The signing of the agreement, which took place during a press conference yesterday, comes as part of MoI’s steps to issue driver’s licenses online, similar to civil IDs, in the near future.

I want to know that how to apply for driving license in Kuwait & eligibility criteria for that for expatriates.
