No earthquake recorded in Kuwait

The National Seismological Network of the Kuwait Institute of Scientific Research announced that no earthquake was recorded in its network in Kuwait so far. The institute denied the rumors that was circulated about an earthquake in Kuwait today, Monday.

The network indicated that it had not detected any earthquake inside Kuwait so far.

Early on Monday, more than 1,800 people have been killed and thousands more injured after a powerful magnitude 7.8 earthquake struck Turkey and Syria.
