Furthermore please construct Pedistrain Bridges for crossing in most of the places like Salmiya, Kheitan, Farwaniya and other places - mainly Car Parking on Roads causes too much and heavy rush - impose heavy penalties on Building Haris as well as on Building owners as they still using their Building Basement for wharehouse purpose and earning. People have to park their vehicles on Road as there is no choise and morning while going to work causes traffic jam. I hope Government will take action soon

Penalties mentioned somewhat over the top, but violations totally agreed.
