The Kuwait College of Science and Technology (KCST) opens an "India Book Corner" at their library. The library was inaugurated by Indian Ambassador to Kuwait Dr Adarsh Swaika last week, which was attended by the president of KCST Prof. Khalid Al-Begain and a group of faculty and university employees.
This library is part of the efforts by Indian Embassy to donate collection of Indian books in various scientific, cultural and literary fields to all private universities in Kuwait.
Prof. Khalid Al-Begain praised the strong relationship the university has from the beginning. KCST has an agreement signed with IIT Delhi for curriculum development from its beginning.
Ambassador Dr Adarsh Swaika said that the Embassy is happy to enrich the university library with various books and to give students and professors the opportunity to learn about the rich Indian civilization and culture.
