Indian Embassy advises amnesty seekers to visit the BLS center for Emergency Certificate purpose and the fee for Emergency Certificate / White Passport is fixed as 5 KD.
Embassy advises amnesty seekers not to pay any additional fee other than the stipulated fees for the respective services. The fee are given below:
Emergency Certificate fee: 5 KD
Service Charge for BLS : 1 KD
Form filling (If done in BLS) : 300 fils
Photograph (If done in BLS) : 300 fils
Photocopy (If done in BLS) : 100 fils per page
Web Printing (If done in BLS) : 150 fils per page
