Gratitude Unleashed: A Heartfelt Appreciation

As I reflect upon the 13 most rewarding years of service at one of the best schools in Kuwait, I am filled with a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for the incredible support and guidance I have received from my management team and the stakeholders of this great institution. To my esteemed colleagues in leadership roles, I extend my heartfelt thanks for your unwavering dedication to the advancement of education to the children entrusted to you. Your commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive network within our educational community has been truly inspiring. The shared experiences, guidance, and collective efforts have shaped a culture of excellence that has benefited our students and the entire school community. I am immensely grateful for the opportunities we have had to work together, exchange ideas, and champion initiatives that have enriched the educational landscape. Your leadership, passion for education, and commitment to student success have left an indelible mark on the educational institutions we represent. It has been an honor to stand alongside each of you as we endeavored to create a nurturing and empowering environment for our students to thrive. I am equally filled with a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for the incredible support and collaboration I have received from the Indians in Kuwait portal, officers and staff at the Embassy of India Kuwait and all the regional associations. I wish to thank IIK, and all those regional associations for providing platforms that have allowed our students to showcase their talents, participate in diverse programs, and excel beyond the confines of the classroom. Your collective efforts have opened doors for our students to broaden their horizons, develop their skills, and celebrate their accomplishments on a larger stage. The collaboration and support extended by these associations have been instrumental in shaping well-rounded individuals and nurturing a culture of holistic learning within our school. Your commitment to organizing events, competitions, and educational initiatives has undoubtedly contributed to the personal and academic growth of our students, and for that, I am truly thankful. I am profoundly grateful for the spirit of camaraderie and shared vision that has characterized our interactions and collaborations over the 13 long years. The collective impact we have made in shaping the educational landscape in Kuwait reflects the power of unity and collaboration. Together, we have created opportunities for our students to realize their potential, embrace learning with enthusiasm, and emerge as confident and capable individuals. As I bid farewell to this chapter of my professional journey, I carry with me cherished memories of our collective achievements, shared aspirations, and the meaningful connections forged through our collaborative efforts. It has been a privilege to work with each of you and witness the positive influence we have had on the educational landscape. I look forward to carrying the spirit of working together and the lessons learned from our collective experiences as I embark on new endeavors. While our paths may diverge, the impact of our shared dedication and the bonds we have formed will endure as a testament to the transformative power of unity within the educational community. I leave with a heart full of gratitude for the invaluable support, guidance, and friendship extended by my parents, teachers of present and past and all the well- wishers of my school who contributed towards our school functions and carnivals. Your contributions have been instrumental in shaping the educational journey of our students, and for that, I am immensely thankful. Wishing success to all my children in the CBSE board examination to be held in 2024 and looking forward to the enduring legacy of our collaborative efforts.

Thank you for being an integral part of my educational journey in Kuwait.

T. Premkumar

As one of our readers rightly pointed out, Mr. Premkumar has not revealed the name of his school where he has served for 13 long years.

It reminds me of the famous quote:
“Love your job but don’t love your company, because you may not know when your company stops loving you! ”

Thank you for all you have done for us sir. Your name and your action are truly synonymous. Many principals have come and gone in Kuwait schools but you stand out from the rest for your outstanding leadership and integrity. All your students will miss you dearly and their success is your legacy. Our wishes will follow you forever.

Such a lovely expression of gratitude without missing out anyone who has played a role in his life at Bhavans. The annual day speeches he delivered I have never ever heard anyone speak like that from my school days till I attended the first annual day at IES. We will miss all that Premkumar sir even if a new person joins your place in our hearts stays. All the best sir.
