Idukki Association Kuwait Womens Forum announced new executive Committee

The Idukki Association Kuwait Women's Forum has announced its executive committee for 2024–2025. The Chairperson is Mrs. Raji Mathew Shaji, with members including Mrs. Lancy Babu, Mrs. Joice Jiji, Mrs. Ancy Chacko, Mrs. Anit Xavier, Mrs. Bini Joseph, Mrs. Shiji P. Chacko, Mrs. Elizabeth Siljo, Mrs. Smitha Baby, Mrs. Biji Benny, Mrs. Anisa Jinto, Mrs. Manu Baiju, Mrs. Ambily Paul, Mrs. Vineetha Ouseppachan, Mrs. Sheeja Shyju, and Mrs. Smitha Binoj.

"The Women's Forum plays a leadership role in empowering, validating, educating, and including all the women from the Idukki area," said Chairperson Mrs. Raji Mathew Shaji. They discussed the challenges, clarified the problems, and acknowledged the achievements. The IAK Women's Forum Chairperson expressed her admiration and enthusiasm for the position.

The Women's Forum was established to utilize the leadership, organizational, and artistic abilities of women for the welfare of society. The Forum pays special attention to identifying and appreciating women who tackle community issues. Seminars and discussions are conducted on various topics such as nature, healing of the affected, digital literacy, leadership for tomorrow, food and safety, education, and career guidance.

The Women's Forum has also formed a Children's Forum as a platform to encourage, motivate, unify, and strengthen the voices of children and young people as they learn to work hand-in-hand with their communities. The leaders of the Children's Forum are Ashita Mary Binoj (Main Convenor), and Devika Nadeparambil Shiju, Ron Emmanuel Shaji, and Deepandev Nadeparambil Shiju (Joint Convenors).
