An enriching Orientation Programme was organized by Integrated Indian School for the parents and students of Class 10 and 12, marking the commencement of their academic year with enthusiasm and guidance. The event aimed to provide insights, resources and motivation to empower students for their upcoming challenges and opportunities.

The orientation programme commenced with a heartfelt blessing from the Almighty, setting a positive tone for the event. The principal warmly welcomed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of parental involvement in their children's education and the significance of this transitional phase in their academic journey.

Following the welcoming remarks, the Vice Principal, Mrs. Husena Ali Asgar delivered a comprehensive presentation. The presentation covered various subjects, including academic curriculum, co-curricular activities, and the importance of fostering a supportive learning environment.

One of the highlights of the programme was the introduction of class teachers and subject teachers. This segment of the programme aimed to establish a personal connection between the teachers, students, and parents, fostering a sense of familiarity and trust. One of the crucial topics addressed during the orientation programme was the examination schedule and internal assessment procedures. The Vice Principal provided detailed information about the upcoming examination dates, formats, and evaluation criteria. Additionally, she elaborated on the importance of consistent preparation and effective time management for academic success.

Another significant aspect covered during the orientation programme was the importance of discipline both inside and outside the school premises. The Vice Principal emphasized the school's zero-tolerance policy towards indiscipline and the role of parents in reinforcing positive behavior at home. Clear guidelines regarding expected conduct and consequences for violations were discussed to ensure a conducive learning environment for all students. The parents were also advised to monitor the usage of electronic gadgets by the students as the excessive use of gadgets may have physical, emotional, and social impacts, hampering their focus on studies.
