Rains expected in Kuwait on Thursday and Friday

Kuwait is expected to witness rains on Thursday and Friday, meteorologist Abdul Aziz al-Qarawi predicted on Wednesday.

The country would also see an unstable weather on Saturday and until Sunday dawn, and there would be an opportunity for heavy rains in some areas, al-Qarawi told KUNA on Wednesday evening.

He noted that Kuwait's sky would contain low and medium clouds in the upcoming hours due to the presence of a low-pressure area.

He explained that these clouds would lead to light to moderate rains in some areas, and become thunderous in other areas. Winds will below with speed of 50km per hour, causing dust, he pointed out.
