PACI extends working hours for Civil ID collection

The Public Authority for Civil Information PACI announced that the working hours to collect the civil ID at its main building in South Surra is extended till 8:00 pm.

Public can collect the Civil ID form 6:00 am to 8:00 pm continuously for a period of 14 hours without any break.

The authority said that the decision to extend working hours was made to facilitate the receipt of cards for citizens and residents, and to reduce overcrowding for the card collection, so that the authority could store new cards. The authority called citizens and residents to make sure that their cards are ready for collection before visiting the head office.

I have payment issue, The system won''t accept the ID fee by showing that " You have already paid, but we could not update our system". I had the same issue last year, then I visited the PACI office and paid there. This year same issue existing,
Is there any appointment system to visit PACI office now? or we can visit directly? I have tried to take an appointment through online but it won''t work now!
Anybody has idea? , Please share ?
