Kuwait National and Liberation Day Celebrations at KIPS

Kids International Pre School of Kuwait educates students from different countries and aims to develop independent productive citizens who are able to contribute to both their local and International communities. These values are reinforced daily, however during National day and Liberation Day each year we go the extra mile to celebrate the culture we live in. The entire Preschool was abuzz with different activities on the day of the event. The Pre School looked amazingly wonderful with marvelous exhibits based on the Culture and Heritage of Kuwait.

The Preschool was beautifully decorated with colours of Kuwait flag and a stupendous carnival mask was displayed to give more beauty to our decoration. The tiny buddies enjoyed the special assembly and added charm to it by dressing up in Kuwait flag colours.

“People without knowledge of their past, origin and culture are like a tree with no roots”. This was followed by inspiring speeches about the history of Kuwait which enlightened the students with the glorious past. Mr. Malayil Moosa Koya, Director, India International School Mangaf appreciated Principal Mrs. Nilofar Qazi, Vice Principal Mrs. Gayathri Bhaskaran and the teachers for organising a wonderful assembly and also emphasized in his speech that the National and Liberation Day should be reviewed as a golden leaf in the history of Kuwait depicting the hard work of its ancestors, who strived hard to achieve sovereignty for their home land and have since then taken enormous steps in establishing world peace as well as build a better life for its citizens at the home front.
