Eid ul Fitr, a three-day festival that includes prayers, visits to loved ones, traditional feasts, and charity offerings, commemorates the end of Ramadan and reinforces Islam's basic teachings.

During Ramadan, the emphasis on family connection is especially important for parents with young children and teens. Children's experiences during their early years of Ramadan have a significant impact on their feelings and memories of this auspicious month for the rest of their lives. Establishing family traditions that spark excitement and participation in Islamic practices during Ramadan is important. Ramadan is a unifying force for Muslims around the world, as shown by the diverse mix of nations and ethnicities that gather at the dining table during Iftar. This holy month is not only a time for religious observances, but it also allows people to cultivate and maintain distinctive traditions that are meaningful to them.
