Ampily Pramod Wednesday, January 19, 2011 Dear Teacher, I am very happy to be a part of this event.Thanks for giving yoga worshops to people and helping them for getting sound mind and body.I came there with nearly 60 kgs and unbalanced hormones.Then I practiced yoga regulary and controlled food.With in 4 months I reached to 50 kg.And hormones are now balanced.So All IIK member please start practicing yoga for leading a healthy life.My best wishes for Sopanam yoga centre.
