Dear Mr Ajay (HIS EXCELLENCY)
WELCOME MR AJAY MALHOTRA TO KUWAIT, I HAVE SEEN SO MANY EXECELLENCY FROM INDIA TO KUWAIT, AS I FIRST ARRIVED IN KUWAIT ON 21ST AUG 1975 AND LEFT KUWAIT ON 29/05/09
AND MUCH TO MY REGRET I HEREBY INFORM YOU THAT NO EXCELLENCY CAME AND SUPPORTED THE MOST DESITUDE PEOPLE OF INDIA WHO HAD FACED BIG PROBLEMS AND NO EXCELLENCY COULD SOLVE IT AS THEY BRUSHED THEIR HANDS WITH NO ENDS.
OUR MOST DESTITUDE COMMUNITY IS OF SERVANTS AND LABOURS WHO ARE SUFFERING THERE NOT ONLY IN THEIR JOBS BUT ALSO THEY ARE ROBBED BY LOCAL PEOPLE WHO CLAIM TO BE KUWAITI BUT FEW PERCENTAGE OF THEM ARE THERE AND ALL OTHER ARAB EXPRIATES WHO ARE ROBBING THEM IN THE NAME OF KUWAITI, HAS TO BE STOPPED. SIR IF I HAPPENED TO TELL YOU THE HISTORY I AM SURE THERE WILL BE NO TIME FOR YOU TO READ THEREFORE FROM THIS SMALL REPORT YOU CAN FIND WHAT WAS HAPPENING
NOW REGARDING THE SERVICE OF INDIAN EMBASSY TO PEOPLES OF INDIA, PLS SEE THAT MORE COUNTERS ARE OPEN TO HELP EASE PEOPLES PROBLEMS AS THEY ARE COMING THERE BY TAKING LEAVE AND THEIR ONE DAY SALARY IS CUT.THIS LOSS IS NOT FOR PEOPLES BUT THIS LOSS IS FOR INDIA SO PLS CONSIDER THIS AND ASSIST PEOPLE TO HAVE THEIR JOB DONE EFFECTIVELY AND QUICKLY. IF YOU THINK YOU CANNOT FIND WAYS, THAN IF U ARE READY TO CALL ME TO WORK WITH YOU IN YOUR EMBASSY AND CAN GUIDE YOU THE WAY. IF YOU THINK I AM FIT YOU CAN CONTACT ME ON MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND I REAQUEST YOU TO CALL ME WITHOUT SALARY, IF YOU THINK YOU CANNOT PAY AND I AM READY TO SERVE YOU WITHOUT PAY.HOPE YOU WILL BE GREAT FOR INDIAN PEOPLE IN KUWAIT THIS IS WHAT ALL LESS DETITUDE PEOPLE WAIT FOR THE PERSON LIKE YOU

Respected Sir,

I have already written to you welcoming to this nice country whre so many Indians are living peacefully and prospering.

This second letter is to bring to your notice about the functioning of the embassy where i have had a personnel expeince to narate.

My nephew was in the embassy to renew or rather to take a newpassport and submitted all the papers and the authorities issued the receipt after screwtanising the form, instructing him to come and collect the document after three working days. When he went to collect the same, he was told that the photo is not proper and asked to bring new photos. Kindly let me know, what was the intial checking of the forms and documents for. They could find the fault later only. Your excellency, we have to take permission from office to do our work with the embassy and if the staff is going to play around like this , who will take the responsibility. I do find your group photo with all most all association here everyday and i request you to have look at the functioning of the Embassy and please guide them to work properly, sincerely.

This will be a great help to all Indians who are visiting your office.

Hope you will understand our plight and do the needful.

Thanks for your valuable time.

Kind Regards, Haridas Nair

After reading thru the list of comments posted I noticed most comments relate to Embassy staff not being polite/professional to our fellow Indians. At any given time you will find Indian citizens lined up outside the embassy in the early morning hours to get their tasks executed. One of your priorities must/should be to facilitate smooth/easy and convenient approach to assist Indians. An Ambassador is a leader a must lead for the betterment of his people.I beleive all people in this forum will agree with me. Wish you luck. Cheers! Jai Ho!

Welcome to Kuwait Sir,

I would totally agree to Mr. Prasad's comment dated March 27, 2009 and there are many more who would agree too... My experience at the Indian embassy was'nt pleasant at all...!! As i was entering the embassy the security guard at the gate was very arrogant and rude with me as well as fellow indians visiting the embassy that day ...!! Even the employees inside need sum tightening of sum loose bolts i guess...!! Anyway i do not want to use this column to complaint but i am hoping my next visit to the Indian Embassy gives me pride...!!

Dear Sir.... Congratulations on your appointment as the envoy to Kuwait. Hope you will do certain things to correct the totally mismanaged Indian Embassy administration who must be cleaning their desks right now, specially towards the indian crime victims in kuwait, house maids tortures, security and social responsibility towards IIK and also the most important, some coaching to the employees of the embassy to deal with people of India who are from different states and some are illitrates. You should do some thing to teach politeness, courtesy and humbleness to the employees of the Embassy. Thank you and wish you all the best.

Dear Sir.... Congratulations on your appointment as the envoy to Kuwait. Hope you will do certain things.

Please note that Indian embassy is attesting some document which is denying to attesting by Kuwait foreign affairs. We poor people does not know all this things. At least Indian embassy people must tell us you must change the form or else. But unfortunately simply they are collecting the document, and collecting the money. When we take this document to foreign affairs, we will come to know that !!!!

Please note that we are working some private companies, and we will take 1 or 2 hr permission to do all this things finally we lost money and time, ultimately we gain nothing , I request you to do something on this matters.

Thanks

Welcome to Kuwait.

Hope you will try to improve the quality of customer service in Indian Embassy, Kuwait for NRI's and others. Also we would request you to make some arrangemets where the embassy will have the details of all Indians who are working in Kuwait. It is really bad for the Indian govt.as they don't know the no. of Indians who are working/staying in Kuwait or any GCC countries. Thanks

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NEW ASSIGNMENT. I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE SERIOUS MEASURES TO TACKLE THE EDUCATION ISSUE WHICH HAD SPARKED CONTROVERSY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. SOME OFFICERS WERE TRYING TO SWEEP THE MATTER UNDER THE CARPET. YOU SHOULD STUDY THE ISSUE OF FEES HIKE IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ACCORDINGLY TAKE APPROPRIATE MEASURES. THERE ARE CERTAIN DIPLOMATS IN THE EMBASSY WHO INDULGE IN POLITICS OF QUAGMIRE AND BEILEVE IN REQUENCY. YOU WILL GET TO KNOW THEM IN THE FULLNESS OF TIME.
