total madness all around. no planning, no directions. no proper instructions...just let all loose...
should issue firm instructions for different kinds of businesses to shut at different times....not all will shut at 4 pm and get crawling to reach home in the jams by 5pm.... make the banks and ministries close at 1 pm. than at 2.30 all offices and at 3.30 all shops and retailers. this will distribute the traffic evenly without jams.
i think even the timings of the signals were not adjusted according to the curfew ????
