Time Management

Every student studies hard for the exam. Memorizing, practicing and revising many times so as to do well and get a better grade. Now, even after doing all these, sometimes we feel it difficult in getting a good score…

I never felt hard to do my exams well.. Everyone studies well for their exams and to score a better grade and so do I. This time, I felt some different experience. I know to solve the math’s problem, I know the answer in my subject lessons… but I could not attend all my questions within the given time and thus I left few questions unanswered. I sat pondering over the matter.. Could not find solution. I practiced well. But the reason?? I can’t guess. So, I went to discuss this to my mom. Then she told me something new about time management … I thought this would also be helpful to all my friends. And thus wrote this article.

She told me about “Time Management”. Now what is it? It is managing the time. When we sit to study for our exams we try to solve the questions. We never note the time. We solve so many worksheets but never bother to see how long we take. And thus we miss the slightest string to reach success.

When we practice answering the papers- we need to set time and speed up our work as though we are writing for an exam. Continuous practice in answering worksheets in time will speed up our ability to complete the task in time. And we will succeed in getting good grade.

When we are climbing the stairs of higher classes - our syllabi grow more and we get fully occupied with studies. To get free time, we need to plan our works. A Successful student needs to balance academic and extra cultural activities. To ensure this time management is important. By this we mean good planning .. a time set for every activity will ensure greater lead us to the epitiome of success.

Remember friends, how much well you prepare if one can’t keep up time he will lose the grade. A stitch in time saves nine” goes the proverb.. But for us.. An Answer on time saves us our grade”… new theme. Wish you all success in all the forth coming examinations.

The real power that provides success in a student’s life is time management.

I wanted to do my studies well and always use to get held up with my homeworks, and notes.. I use to refuse my dad when he asks me to join classes for music and drawing I felt like few of us that it will disturb my studies and hence refused to take part in many of the oppurtunities provided.

One day, My mom asked me why don’t I take part in competitions.. Whether I am scared of not winning or if I was avoiding due to other reasons. It was summer that I could speak to my mom.. then she said when she was in school she was taught about Time management.

I got puzzled. I enquired is it a separate subject. Then she said no.. it is about managing things to do in time and secure ourselves.
