As above all joking, These 10000 kd fine laws are not against Expats..all these against Kuwaitis..who gathering marraige functions, roaming midnight in the malls and beaches. Expats are quite and well aware about the panic situation but Arabs not even accept to wear the face masks.

A good decision made by MOI. Many are seen without any face masks even on the road, hope this will make some change.

Kuwait makes laws only for poor expats whom they can pounce upon because they are helpless but they don''t have the b@#s to apprehend or punish a single Kuwaiti who has violated COVID prevention laws till date. I have never seen such a fork tongued and unfair country such as Kuwait in my life. May the new honorable Emir be able to catch and suspend these criminal elements that exists within the ministries of interior and baladhiya.
