The Public Authority for Civil Information PACI announced the list of services available online starting from Sunday. According to the list, update personal photo for Kuwaiti and Non- Kuwaiti, Newborn registration for Kuwaiti and Non-Kuwaiti, First-time registration for the domestic worker (Article 20), Family enrollment (Article 22), First-time registration for all under Article 17, 18, 19, 23 and 24 are currently available online.

Expats who require other services are required to book an appointment through its website. These services include Change / Correction of date of birth, Registration / Cancellation of the travel document, Certificates printing, Building record, Activate person (born in Kuwait), Correction / Cancellation of residency, Add a photo (child turning 5 years) and Illegal residents transaction.

Civil ID Card collection at PACI Head offices South Surra for Non-Kuwaiti (issuing card replacement, Newborn, First-time applicant) are available from m 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
