The best things is to collect the money and help the needy people, such as widows, orphanes etc.As Mr Syed mentioned its business , obsulately correct, people are taking sympothy, i have seen woments who will be having 3- kids and they bring for masjids to beg,i belive there husbands are working and this begging business is like a no investment business, a good human never ever beg, they just keep the faith on Allah,in the same time they will do the hardworking, raising the hand in front of people for beg and having 1000KD its better to work hard and have 10KD.

Don''t encourage beggars.
During Ramadan they earn in a day the amount what you earn in a month.
They are not needy, it''s their profession.
Even if you give them 1000 kd. they keep in their home safe and again next day morning they start begging.
Earlier an Egyptian with fake handicap bandage during Ramadan confessed to police that he collected 1200 kd per day in Masjids.
