Ministry of Foreign Affairs opened an advanced booking system for various transactions at their offices. The booking is available at foreign affairs website https://www.mofa.gov.kw/

Expatriates can book the appointment for any transaction including an attestation of birth certificate, academic certificate or any other services. Currently, the attestation service is only available at their main building at Shuwaikh.

According to MOFA Guidelines, the visitor must adhere to all health protocols, including wearing of face mask and maintain social distancing. Visitors are prohibited from entering inside any administration offices. Entry is prohibited for visitors to whose temperature measures 37.5’ Celsius or above. If a visitor arrives maximum 15 minutes late after his appointment, the appointment will be considered as cancelled. The visitor should come to MOFA, with photocopies of the official documents required for his transaction, as the photocopying services at MOFA will be closed.
