Mavelikara Pravasi Association Kuwait provides a platform for cultural exchange of Malayalee expatriates in Kuwait from the cultural city of Mavelikara and looking after welfare of its members especially promoting S...ocial, Educational, Cultural and relief activities and to an extend to its fellow Indians and public.
“Mavelikara Pravasi Award-2017” presented to Mr;Shamsu Thamarakkulam for the excellent Charity, welfare activities and Social Responsibilities. Mr. Babu Varghese, Manager Kuwait Logistic and fright company, presented the award. Mavelikara Pravasi Assosiation honored Gershom Award winner Mr; Manoj Mavelikara.
The main attraction of the show was Kanmoney Sasi’s Kacheri, Kanmoney ,Who was born without hands, uses her legs for Drawing, writing and to get the “talas”on chengila while reacting the “slokas”
The multicolored traditional and modern entertainment programs staged since evening 5PM till 11 Pm. Variety of entertainment were arranged for all age groups . Mavelikara fest-2017 in which by all means the entire crowd enjoyed being at such a traditional festive mood being away from hometown.
The Cultural meeting was held at 7PM. The Act/General secretary Mr. Manoj Roy welcomed the audience . Presidential speech was delivered by Mavelikara Pravasi Association President Mr. Sakir Puthenpalathu. Mr: B.S Pillai, Mr: Sunny Manarkadu, Mr: Manoj Mavelikara Mr:,Chacko George kutty, Mr: Babu Varghese and Mr:Jiju Lal were delivered felicitations speeches. Mr. Dinesh chunakkara, Cultural secretary gave vote of thanks.
