Mavelikara Association Celebrated Annual Picnic and Family Get together in the year 2017 on May 18 and 19th at Kabad.
The program started with prayer at 8:30 PM .Under the leadership of President Mr. Binoy Chandran, Patron Mr. Sunny Pathichira Inaugurated the function. Welcome speech given by General Secretary Mr. Ninan John and vote of thanks delivered by Program Convenor Mr. Philip Thomas. Cultural programs ran until 19th May 3 AM. On 19th 9:30AM program restarted with Health awareness seminar conducted by Vice President Ms. Pournami Sangeeth followed by different varity of events and concluded at 4PM evening.
A homely atmosphere of our tradition and culture is brought back through this get together. "Kalavara" delicious food provided to members in the leadership of Mr Hari Pathiyoor and crew. Famous playback singer of Kuwait Mr. Anwar Sarang and team leaded the musical show. Different games,dance and other cultural programs by members and their family made the event in a festival mood.
The prize given to the winners by Mr. Rajeev Naduvilemuri (President, Alappuzha Jilla Pravasi Association), Thomas Pallickal (Vice President), Girish Kumar(Association Treasurer), V.Anil Kumar (Program Jt Convenor) and other executive members of the Association.
Mr. Sangeeth, Mr. Francis, Ms. Pournami and Ms. Dhanya Lekshmi leaded the programs.
