Kuwait General Administration of Customs said Sunday it had seized a container shipment comprising of two million Lyrica tablets and 7,474 liquor bottles.
A press statement by the Administration revealed that Al-Shuwaikh Port customs inspectors suspected a 20-foot container arriving from an Asian country and while processing, the contraband was found at a hidden compartment.
The Administration warned anyone who might be tempted to smuggle narcotics and prohibited goods in any forms into the country, that they will face stern legal measures.
