International Women’s Group visited ‘Glimpses of Timeless India’ to witness India’s cultural treat

A group of esteemed dignitaries from the International Women’s Group, Kuwait, led by its President, Ms. Cristiana Turchetti Baldocci, visited the Glimpses of Timeless India, the Art Exhibition by Ms Joice Sibi, and India-Kuwait Cultural Festival at the Kuwiayt Art Association Hall in Hawalli on its day 4.

The Group accompanied by the Artist, Madam Joice Sibi, had a walk through in the Art Exhibition where they witnessed an exquisite collection of paintings on themes from India.

The walk through was followed by specially curated cultural performances. Distinguished Guests at the event were treated to marvellous execution of skills and talent by trained Indian artists who presented the classical dance forms of Kathakali and Bharatnatyam.

On the occasion, a memento to the artist, Madam Joice Sibi, was presented by the International Women’s Group, Kuwait, as a token of appreciation for her contribution and support for the activities of the group.

With this splendid cultural evening, the Timeless Indian Art and Culture journey in Kuwait continues to welcome and enthrall all friends of India in Kuwait. The Art Exhibition and Cultural Festival which are being organized by the Embassy in association with the Kuwait Arts Association remains open to all the vaccinated visitors, from 20-30 September, 5 – 9 pm.
