The Progress, Harmony & Development (PHD) Chamber of Commerce & Industry, New Delhi, a prominent Chamber of Commerce & Industry in India mounted a business delegation of 10 Indian EPC companies to Kuwait from October 22-23, 2017 led by Mr. Ranjeet Chaturvedi, Chairman, International Affairs Committee for Africa and Middle East, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry New Delhi. The delegation represented various sectors such as Infrastructure, Mining, Oil & Gas, Transport, Water & Sanitation, Energy, Civil Construction and Housing.
Indian Embassy in association with the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI), organized a business meeting of the visiting Indian Business Delegation at the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Kuwait on October 23, 2017. The Kuwaiti side was headed by Mr. Tareq Bader Salem Al-Mutawa, Board Member, Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The delegation interacted with the members of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) and also with the Kuwaiti businessmen and gave presentation about their company and thereafter had one-to-one interaction among the businessmen to explore business among the interested parties. The companies in the delegation included, Engineering Projects India Ltd., Gammon Engineers and Contractors Private Limited, Jaguar Overseas Limited, M.V. Omni Projects (India) Limited, Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Limited, Seftech India Pvt. Ltd., Vishal Infrastructure Ltd., Angelique International Ltd.
During the meeting, a MOU between the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce & Industry was signed by Mr. Ranjeet Chaturvedi, Leader of the India delegation and Mr. Tareq Bader Salem Al-Mutawa, Board Member, Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This is the 100th MOU of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry with an International Chamber of Commerce.
