Indian Embassy and  its  Passport Centers  will be closed till Oct 2nd

The Embassy of India in Kuwait and its Passport Centers in Sharq, Fahaheel, Abbasiya (Jleeb Al-Shuwaikh) will remain closed for public services from September 30 to October2, 2020 as a mark of respect to late His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait.

However the emergency consular services will continue to be available at the Embassy, Embassy said in a statement.

On behalf of the Government and the people of the Republic of India, including the Indian Community in the State of Kuwait, the Embassy of India expresses heartfelt condolences on the sad demise of His Highness the Amir, embassy said in the statement.

on Sad Demise of His Highness The Great Great Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al-Sabah. He was a Great Great Human Being. He was a Leader of People. We are proud to be working in Kuwait (such a great Country and Great Leader The Late Amir). We Pray from Bottom of our Hearts for His Magfira. May Allah Subhanahuwataala rest his soul in peace. We salute for everything to great people of Kuwait. God bless Kuwait and People of Kuwait. Thanks.
