Hi Expat,
I am not a Keralite pro but I wanted to ask u if there are nurses in masses from other states other than Kerala? Mallus dominate because they know the art of living in the middle east. Be like them and propagate/copy or replica the art if you are smart/adapt like them enough. the attention to them goes as they r in mass and pls note that the whole community including their ministers travel to the middle east or are in contact always to solve or resolve any issues, unlike other statesmanship. the reason is they earn a living from foreign revenue and nothing from the inside state although resources r there. bring your people, bring your ambassador and you can also do the same.

If we are one Indians why there is promotion of only majority nurses of state of Kerala? there should be blend of nurses of other states as well.Majority we find mallus everywhere. I am not against its because they neglect other Indian state community members when in hospital or other organisations etc they attend well mallus only they discriminate with exceptions. It should be culturally balanced to represent India in true spirit and unity.I hope Ambassador will look in this dimension as well.
