My sincere plea to the Indian Ambassador and the Kuwait Ministry of Education. The Indian engineers served for several years before being demoted owing to certification difficulties.
Aside from certification, they have extensive managerial and problem-solving expertise. Instead of removing their designation, you can coach them to meet your standards. You may test them in the same way that Singapore tests its expatriates in the management NTC or something, and then provide them with permanent residence once they pass the test. But here Engineers are not even allowed to take the test if they do not fall within the list that society has. Education certification is less significant than experience. Please reconsider this subject since I am a recruiter in Kuwait and have witnessed many new generation engineers who have graduated from respectable colleges but have little understanding of real work and are poor decision makers.
