Kuwaities are heroes and it is their country, they are owner and have full rights in this country, Instead of working in Private sector, they should established their own companies of production here in kuwait state and they should hire the people like us to work, so that production is done here in Kuwait, Kuwait economy will increase and they can export their production in neighbouring countries like Bahrain, Dubai, Oman, Muscut etc. in the lable "Made in Kuwait". If other couintries can export the things in Kuwait in their lable called Made in XXXXX". then why Kuwait cannot? If group of Kuwaities in each sector comes forward and open the companies for production then all the issues will be solved. No need them to work in Private Sector, They will be their own Boss. They can come to their own office everyday, check the production, give suggetions and solutions, make corrospondance work for neighbouring countries to export their production etc. then all the current issues will be solved. If not then whole life they have to depends on Import Goods only from China, India, Pakistan Egypt etc. With the help of New technology they can do it and I am sure for this.
