The first National Quiz championship in Kuwait won by Sharon Thomas and Kurian Thomas of Delhi Public school (FAIPS). An event containing variety of quizzes like National quiz championship for school going students and ‘Metro Medical Care Kerala Express’ for Kerala lovers for exploring Gods own country was organized by Kozhikode District Association, Kuwait in association with International Quizzing Association (IQA) at Indian Community school Khaitan on 24th January 2020. Mr. Snehaj Sreenivasan, GCC Director of IQA who is known as the ‘Quiz man’ was the Quiz master of the Quiz competition including six tough rounds. Participation of 76 teams from different schools in Kuwait for the national quiz championship and large participation of members of different association of Kerala made the Kerala Express a unique and memorable event. The winners of the variety of Quizzes are as listed below.

The event was inaugurated by Mr. Prasanth Nair IAS, who is the director of KSNIC and KIIDC along with his interesting interactive session on the topic of “How to face failures”. Mr. Sreenesh. C the president of KDA delivered presidential address and Mr. Abdul Najeeb.T.K explained the activities of the association. Mr. Shyjith.K the General Convener welcomed the gathering and Mr. Vineesh.P.V, Treasurer of KDA delivered vote of thanks. The event was compered by Mrs.Aneecha Shyjith.
