ICSK Khaitan Blesses its Batch of Class XII

In an emotionally intensified milieu inside the Auditorium of the Indian Community School Kuwait, Khaitan, the students, staff and management of the School blessed the first outgoing batch of class 12th students, at a grand farewell function, ‘Aashirwad 2019’, held here at the school campus on Thursday, 21st February 2019.

Dr. Navaniith Gandhi, an Academician, columnist and author, was the chief guest on the occasion. The ceremony embarked with Quranic Verses, National anthems followed by lighting of the lamp. The Principal, Mr. Gangadhar Shirsath, welcomed the gathering and spoke apt for the students as his ultimate advice.

The auditorium was shimmering with class XII students, wearing special ceremonial graduation attire, who stepped into the school like cocoons and turned out to butterflies now to seek vast horizon of life and world. For them the day was a fiesta devoted to the years spent together with friends and teachers to reminisce joyous moments.

The segment for reminiscence was really touching and the memories shared by Master Rayan Khaleel and Ms. Akhila Omanakuttan of Class XII were hugely applauded and accepted by the audience with nostalgic feelings.

An incredible cinematic dance presented by class XI students was one of the major attractions of the day. Pulsating music and melody presented by the school choir enthralled the audience and made the day memorable.

Students were enkindled with simple and most vital principles of life by the much-awaited presidential address of Ms. Navaneeth Gandhi. She advised students to adhere to three important principles like see carefully, speak thoughtfully and pursue the things to be sought. Dr. Navaniith Gandhi along with Mr. S N Raju, Treasurer, Board of Trustees, ICSK, presented memento to each student which they would cherish as their sweet memories, warm and evergreen in the later years.

The class teacher, Mrs. Beena Jerome, delivered the valedictory speech and the president of the school senate, Master Ayman Naeem proposed vote of thanks.

The exhortation delivered by Mr. Ravi Ayanoli, Vice Principal, was an eye opener for every out going student which would remind them to keep going on the right track of righteousness. The ceremony summed up with corridor of blessing where teachers and parents wholeheartedly blessed out going students with candles in hands on the rendering of ‘showers of blessings’ by the School choir in the hope that the life ahead will be a primrose path for everyone with sincere prayers and benediction.
