Proportionately arrange to increase the salary for the people to pay these fees too. Why you are not thinking, how people will pay all these? Even bank will deduct EMI below 40% of the Salary to keep the balance separate for the expenses.
Rent, Visa and Medical Charges, Medical, Transportation, Baby sitting, School, Phone, Dress, Air Ticket charges, Food Expenses, Tuition, Loans, Take care of parents in Home country...Most of the expatriates are dying hard to meet all these...

The insurance is not clear whether it is only for government hospitals or private hospitals too? Even paying 130KD expatriates have to pay 2KD visiting fee, 10KD and above for Diagnostics and 10KD for medicine?
Then a normal Diabetic patient will pay KD500+per annum towards his medical expense.
However the private medical insurances also not so good. If the company is big and good HR, the employees will get good benefits. But small companies with incompetent HR personnel suffering. Even after taking 250-300permium the insurance companies reject many of the claims.

who will stay here. actually the cost should reduce it. better you give this insurance to outside Kuwaiti companies they will quote less. Many expats will go back bcz. of this issue. rent more insurance more and school fees more. Any one getting more than 1500kd can accommodate this increase many families are living to adjust their expense. so ultimately many more flats will be empty soon.
