Expats outside the country for more than six months are allowed to enter Kuwait

Kuwait today issued an official circular to allow any expatriate who is outside the country for more than 6 months to enter the country if their residency is valid.

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation - Kuwait issued a circular to all airlines operating at Kuwait international airport saying that all passengers who left Kuwait from September 09, 2019, to allowed to return to Kuwait provided that they have valid residency.

This permission is given to all expatriates regardless of stay outside the country for more than six months.

Kindly get confirmation, if Residency is renewed when the person is out of Kuwait, can he travel on electronic civil ID.

Contradictory news everytime.
One time they say that expats are allowed, next minute they ban entry for expats.
Even maggi takes more time to cook than for kuwait to make rules.
