Embassy request Indians wishing to come back to Kuwait to register online

Indian Embassy in Kuwait requests all Indian nationals wishing to return to Kuwait but are/have not been able to do so because of the prevailing restrictions on account of the COVID-19 pandemic to register online. The link to register online is https://forms.gle/nSoMBe9Nyk5uu3dHA

The purpose of this registration drive is only to collect data, the embassy informed. The concerned authorities in Kuwait have made no announcement on the resumption of passenger arrivals from India to Kuwait, the embassy stated.

A large number of Indian nationals, who were on a short visit to India, are unable to return to Kuwait as Kuwait ban direct entry of people from 32 countries as part of the precautionary measures to counter Cvid pandemic.

We have taken 2 doses of COVID SHIELD in India, the Certificate given to us says Final Certificate of Covid 19 Vaccination, and Vaccination details are given for the 2nd Dose only. Is it acceptable in Kuwait, as per MOH Kuwait - Vaccination type - Covid Shield is not available.
Also on the certificate Adhar Card Number is Mentioned only, we approach the vaccination center in India with the request to add Passport Number, they say it is OK that you have Adhar Number and they refuse to add Passport details. How can to relate Adhar with Passport, Is this type of Certificate will be acceptable at Kuwait.

Who ever can afford spending around 300kd (Dubai quarantine package cost including food), can come thru Dubai. That is the ONLY way to enter Kuwait for the time being. God knows when Kuwait will open its air space for Indians.

Does the indian embassy need registration for those who wish to come back to Kuwait only for developing a data? this could help the embassy to pass the data to the banks in India to expedite the NRI to the local citizens and do nothing either there or here? what and where is the benefit for NRI after registration? as long as Kuwait govt did not start resumption what goodness is the data for IE ? instead if the embassy stated it would help send some charter trips to Kuwait with a bilateral agreement to resume their lives
