The current situation has forced the kids to stay home. Their physical activites have reduced drastically. Staying fit is very important for all, especially for Kids. It is time to set a fitness regime for them and make Yoga a part of their daily life. Yoga will bring a positive change by making them physically and mentally fit.
E- Gurukul is conducting a one month camp "Yoga For Kids" starting 5th July 2021 ( Monday and Wednesday) from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. It is for Kids 9 yrs to 16 yrs.
The camp will be an interactive adventure which will build strength, focus and confidence as the get kids into yoga and mindfulness. Activities include yoga poses, mindfulness and guided relaxations. They will learn simple and structured way of practicing Yoga along with Pranayama - breath control techniques . Kids will be introduced to a Yoga Regimen and yogic diet which will help them to remain FIT and HEALTHY, if practiced daily. Be ready with a Yoga Mat.
Yoga Camp will be conducted by Mr Crawford Wilson D'souza, QCI Certified Yoga Trainer.
