Customs officers foiled an attempt to bring 3 tons of banned tobacco substance into the country.
Customs officials at the Air Cargo department inspected a shipment arrived from the United Arab Emirates, which contained the prohibited materials. The shipment contains 29 hidden cartons of about 3 tons of tobacco, which is prohibited from importing according to the customs laws issued in this regard.
