Center for India Studies Kuwait organized SPB memorial musical tribute

Center For India Studies (CIS-Kuwait) organized Dard-E-Dil a musical tribute to Late Padma Bushan S P Balasubramaniyam the legend of Indian music, who has entered the Guinness Book of World Records for singing more than 40,000 songs in 16 languages.

Bhavans Smart School Principal Mahesh Iyer delivered the SPB Memorial Lecture. CIS Advisory Board Chairman Dr. Surendra Nayak presented the CIS Kuwait condolence resolution.

Artists Mr.Kishor R Menon, Mrs.S. Sindhu Ramesh, Dr. Antony Sebastian , Dr.Susovana Sujit Nair,Dr Surendra Nayak, Mr.Suri Salin ,Mr.Ratheesh Kurumassery, Mrs.Ambika Rajesh, Mrs Vennela Jagadabi, Mr Shaiju Pallippuram, Mr Ashuthosh Yadav, Mr Mahesh Iyer, Mrs Sijitha Rajesh,Mr Mahadevan Iyer offered there musical Tributes through various songs of SPB in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Tamil.

CIS President Vibheesh Thikkodi presided the function with CIS General Secretary Sreejith Nair welcoming the gathering.

Singers Ambika Rajesh and Shaiju Pallippuram Anchored the Event ,concluded by Vote of Thanks by CIS Executive Member Satish.
