Bhavans SIS celebrates Hindi Diwas

Hindi Diwas in Bhavans Smart Indian School revived the celebration of Hindi language. It was observed on the virtual platform and the students who have taken Hindi as their second language had a great time in getting to know the importance of the language. Considered as the simplest source of expression and regarded as an identity by number of people in India, the language’s prestigious origin dates back to the beginnings of languages’ inception. The grand day was hosted by the Department of Hindi and was graced by the school Principal – Mr. Mahesh Iyer, Vice Principal – Ms. Albin Daisy and KG Supervisor – Ms. Rajni Menon.

The special program was started off with the Kuwait National Anthem followed by the recital of the verses from the Holy Quran. It was followed by the Hindi prayer song sung to invoke the blessings of the Almighty for the day’s leading. Beautiful information on the importance of the language was brought out by Eshani of grade 3. Manasvini of the same grade conveyed a significant message on how character matters more than anything for a successful life. The time was then led to some amazing songs sung in praises of Hindi language. The event was made even more special by the song rendered by the school Principal. He then stressed on the message of learning and mastering language. The special day had come to a satisfying closure by paying respect to India by singing its National Anthem.
