Amiri Diwan announce passing away of His Highness the Amir

The Amiri Diwan announced on Tuesday the passing of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

"With great sadness and sorrow, the Amiri Diwan mourns the passing of His Highness, the late Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah," read a statement by the Amiri Diwan.

The statement expressed condolences and commiserations to the people of Kuwait, Arab and Islamic regions and the world, praying for mercy on the soul of the deceased.

On behalf of the entire Indian community living in Kuwait, We at IndiansinKuwait.com are deeply saddened and pained by the news of the sad demise of the most beloved His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The loss to the nation and to all of its citizens and residents is profound, irreparable and shall be most acutely felt not only by all alike within the State of Kuwait but even by the global community at large, which he led in his most humanitarian ways.
