A first of its kind, exclusive IPL themed event by YES Bank in Kuwait

India's fourth largest private sector bank 'YES Bank' held an exclusive IPL themed event in Kuwait. The exclusive “By Invitation only” event was held at the Indian embassy auditorium and was attended by many NRIs in Kuwait.

Deputy Chief of Mission Mr Shubhashis Goldar graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour. The presence of former central minister Sri Salman Khurshid at the event, who was in Kuwait for a private visit, came as a surprise for the IPL fans.

"YES Bank is the central official sponsor for Vivo IPL 2017. And, it gives us immense pleasure to host this exclusive IPL event in Kuwait. Cricket for Indians is not a sport but a passion and that’s how we connect! ," Amresh Acharya, the Group President and head of Global Indian Banking at YES Bank told IndiansinKuwait.com "We are the fourth largest private sector bank in India. Our foray in the international market began with the Yes Bank Abu Dhabi Representative Office last year and we are looking forward to partnering with NRI communities all over the world," he added. YES BANK, with over 1000 branches in India, already has alliance partners with various exchange houses in Kuwait to facilitate its NRI customers.

The event was further made enthralling for the fans with many interesting spot questions, activities etc.. Cricket fans were given a chance to predict the number of YES BANK Maximums (sixes hit during the match), YES BANK Maximum player of the match, predict scores and were given away exciting prizes. YES BANK Maximum player of the match is awarded to the player who hits maximum sixes.

Whether they had any customer meet in Kuwait? I am a Yes bank customer and I didn't receive any information about their visit to Kuwait.
Why dont they organise a Customer meet like Federal Bank and all doing in Kuwait?

Good..... But Re-frame the sentence "was attended by many NRIs in Kuwait." TO "was attended by many VIP of Kuwait." The truth or Fact
