Samrat Restaurant is located in Al Anfal Mall, Floor 6th, Street Salem Mubarak, Salmiya.
The Restaurant Decor is very colourful and warm. The interior is decorated with Paintings of Indian Monuments and Culture. The ambience is elegant. A best place to dine out with family and friends.
The buffet in Samrat Restaurant features a variety of mouth-watering dishes, and includes appetizers and desserts. The buffet is mild to medium spice level with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options that tastes freshly cooked. We love eating variety and Buffet always offer more variety than what can be had by ordering through La-Carte Menu. The main thing is that we can try out various dishes as much as we can.
The buffet contained 2 varieties of soups Veg and Non-Veg, Varity of Salads to choose from, Appetizers - Veg chilli, Milli Kabab and Chicken Lolipop, curries where Aloo Gobi, Mutter Paneer, Butter Chicken, Bamia Gosht (Ladies Finger and Mutton Combination), Dal Makhani, Veg Manchurian in Hot Garlic. There are 3 Varieties of rice as Veg Fried Rice Sezwan, Chicken Biriyani and Veg Pulao. They also included Veg Noodles in the buffet menu. For Deserts they had Gulab Jamun, Kheer, Jelly and varieties of Pastry.
We ate our full, tried out all the dishes. In a whole the buffet was excellent. We just loved it.
We came to know that the buffet for Adults cost only KD 3.500 /- and for Kids KD 2.500/- , which is very reasonable compare to the luxurious dining ambience at Samrat. Buffet is available on Thursday (Dinner), Friday (Lunch and Dinner) and Saturday (Lunch).
For those who love to choose their own variety of food, Samrat also offers La-Carte Menu. Sizzlers is one of their speciality.
The Restaurant has a seating capacity of 125 Dinners. The seats are arranged in a way that it can accommodate group of any size. The seats are arranged such a way that the restaurant located on the sixth floor provides a nice outside views. Samrat also had a party hall with seating capacity of up to 100 dinners and have a Set Menu. They also provide outdoor catering.
