Kindergarten graduation is an exciting milestone for pre-primary children as it’s their first step towards a future full of hopes and possibilities. It marks a new beginning that adds new dimensions to their school life and the journey they begin towards knowledge and education.
ICSK Junior celebrated Kindergarten Graduation Day on 15th March, 2023 and applauded the young enthusiastic learners for their commendable performance in the session 2022-2023.
The programme began with the recitation from the Holy Quran followed by the rendition of the Kuwait and Indian National Anthems. The honour of lighting the ceremonial lamp of knowledge was done by the Chief Guest – Mrs. Lucy A Cherian, Principal – Mrs. C. Sheeja and Supervisor Mrs. Shafika Yunus.
Principal ICSK Junior-Mrs. C. Sheeja delivered the welcomed address and felicitated the chief guest with a memento. In her address Mrs. C Sheeja pointed out that learning is a continuous process, with hard work and dedication. She humbly requested the parents to spend some quality time with the kids and try to chase the unhealthy influence of social media especially when they are having their meals. She appreciated the team of KG teachers for working passionately and sincerely in making the Graduation Day special and memorable.
The Chief Guest Mrs. Lucy A Cherian –Principal, Indian Public School, in her convocation address complimented the graduates for their achievements, appreciated for the wonderful presentation put up by the LKG students. Further, in her address, she advised the parents to be very calculative in upbringing their children. To give unconditional love till the age of five, teach them strict discipline and etiquette till ten, advise them till sixteen and after that be their best friends. Indeed, it was a true lesson for all the parents.
The school acknowledged with a memento; the sincere effort of selfless service put in by Mr. Nazeer K. Chhatriwala for the safety and security of our children.
Tiny tots dressed up in nice attires, performed confidently and gracefully on stage winning the hearts of all. Little cherubs spoke diligently in their reminiscence speech.
The performers left everybody spell bound as they danced on tunes of some vibrant music with coordinated movements that also set the tone and mood of the atmosphere, high. The most important part of the day was honouring the graduands, smartly dressed, suiting the occasion.
Principal along with the Chief Guest felicitated the students with Certificate of Graduation. Children looked pretty in their red and golden graduation robes and caps. The programme ended with the vote of thanks by the supervisor Mrs. Shafika Yunus.
It was indeed a joyous and memorable day for not only the little ones but also a proud moment for the parents and the mentors as they witnessed their children receiving their KG Graduation Day Certificates from the guest.
