Noted Kerala journalist and writer Mr. P Sreekumar has been conferred with this year's ‘Karmayogi Award’ instituted by Seva Darshan Kuwait, a leading socio-cultural organization in Kuwait.
The award carries a cash prize of Rs.1 lakh, and a citation. Seva Darshan Kuwait President, Mr. Praveen Vasudev, said that this award would be presented at the
‘Sevamrutam 2022’ event being held on January 21st, 2022.
P Sreekumar hails from Puthuppally, Kottayam and has been active in the media field for more than three decades. He was the Bureau Chief of Thiruvananthapuram and
New Delhi, Special Correspondent and News Editor of Janmabhumi. Currently, he is the Editor of Janmabhumi Online.
He is the author of several books including ‘America Kazhakkapppuram’ (Beyond the American Vision), ‘Amerikkayilum Tharamgamayi Modi’ (Modi becomes a Wave in America), ‘Modiyude Manasilullathu’ (what is in Modi's Mind’). ‘P.T.Usha muthal P. Noted musician, Late Shri. S. Ramesan Nair has been the earlier winner of this award.
