MAY ALL OF US BE ABLE TO DEFEAT DARKNESS FROM OUR LIVES-HAPPY DIWALI

Diwali, the festival of full of lights and colors and the biggest festive season in the month of October or November. This particular celebration has a lot of significance and importance in the life of Indians. This festival marks the importance of the defeat of darkness from the whole world. It lasts for almost five days and a special occasion for the Hindus.

This festival mainly starts by cleaning, washing and renovating the whole house. All children love this festivity because: first they get holiday from schools, secondly they get to decorate their house with diyas, Argolis, lanterns, lights and the also get to burst crackers. And last but not the least they get to eat delicious sweets and delicacies made in their homes. As this festival is not celebrated by the Hindus alone everyone cast or creed in Indian celebrates this wonderful festival. Even the rich or the poor celebrates by lighting a diya. But as people living in the GCC countries there are certain limitations to celebrate but there’s no way we are going to let this beautiful festive slip out from our hands. We also celebrate Diwali by bursting crackers, buying new clothes as there a lot of amazing deals in online as well as in shops. The most exciting things are the delicious and savory sweets and dishes made by a group of families together. Diwali is no fun if it is to celebrated alone. But instead there would unlimited fun and entertainment if there are a number of families inside our homes to celebrate this festival. The arrival of guests is the next amazing step. Lot of friends, relative as well as the workers in our house. Just imagine. Sending wishes to all our dearest ones, our teachers, our colleagues, distant relatives and all our old friends. The festival of lights lightens up the mode of everyone with a broad smile on their faces. Now looking at the points of significance:

It is celebrated to honor Rama-Chandra, the seventh avatar of Lord Vishnu.

It is believed that Goddess Lakshmi visits each house, to bless her devotees with great wealth and luxuries.

The lanterns signify the triumph of good over evil.

Finally, to sum up, Diwali is a glorious occasion in India as well as the whole world. . One cannot imagine the glory and significance of this festival all by themselves. So one’s again wishing all the gorgeous people from the bottom of my small heart,

HAPPY DIWALI.
