41% of vaccination certificates from abroad rejected for incorrect data

344,746 vaccination certificates against Covid-19 issued from abroad were accepted by the Ministry of Health out of the total 539,708 requests, MoH announced. A total of 194962 request for approval of vaccination certificate from abroad are rejected for various reasons, it added.

According to report, 41% of the certificates were rejected because registration data was entered incorrectly, 29% were rejected because vaccination certificates were not clear, or the QR / Code did not work, while 27% of the certificates were rejected because the attachment files were incorrect, and 3% Because a vaccination certificate is not approved in Kuwait.

The ministry pointed out that some people enter incorrect personal data such as name, date of birth, nationality or passport number that does not match with the certificates. Some also enter the vaccination data incorrectly, such as the name of the manufacturer, the date of receiving the dose, the batch number, etc.

Authorities stressed the need to enter data accurately during the registration process and review the data before uploading it to the site, so that the request is accepted as quickly as possible.
