The Ministry of Health (MoH) has selected five manpower supplying companies to bring 450 nurses and 1,100 technicians for laboratories and X-ray departments by April 2011, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

Sources said the aim is to get highly trained technicians and experienced nurses for hospitals and health centers across the country. Informed sources said the manpower supplying companies have long experience in supplying and managing manpower.

Its not good for the Kuwait ministry- that staff nurses working in the same job paying different scales of salary - Contacted get 300/- and others get 600/-.Is it justifiable in a rich country like Kuwait?

Do any of you help atlast a poor nurse to get into a job even in a clinic. see all these anonimous mesages with out any contact details . I will soon publish the list of the companies if i get and is trying for it also. If al this active friends are working for there fellowbeings all can get direct job in MOH. Any way hope for the best. Let poors find their bread also.
A Well wisher Wednesday, December 1, 2010 Most of the posts here seems to be OF relatives or friends of those nurses working under manpower company and as they are greedy ,they are comparing the salaries with that of MOH. But just think about many families of India ( particularly of Kerala ) earning their bread from these nurses who are working under man power company. IF those who are confident of eligible for MOH direct recruitment, let them do that. But don't mislead the poor people who are relatively less luckier may earn their supperand support their family. Also let Man power companies may grow. Here the case is simple as DEMAND should match the SUPPLY.
MANOJ Wednesday, December 1, 2010 Hi Friends, to those who r EAGERLY asking for the details of the manpower company, please check with the nurses who are presently working with those companies, what is their working conditions there and what they r getting as salary for the same job when their collegue MOH staff are earning almost 3 times of their salary, labour class lifestyle in camps etc. think before u jump guys, donot make this greedy companies to earn huge profits sacrificing your profession under their ironfists. If you r ready to join with these companies, why ministry should take you directly? you are closing the doors ahead of you. think wisely.
