Some profession cannot get Family Visa even if salary above 500; No problem for Children above 12 year

Local authorities clarified that there is no problem for expatriates children above 12 years of age can get dependent visa provided all the required conditions are met. Local Arabic media Al Anba daily reported quoting sources from authority.

Authorities also clarified that expatriates in some professions termed as 'Marginal Profession' cannot apply for dependent visa even if their salary is above 500 KD.

Visit Visa

Authorities clarified that the minimum salary required to apply for a visit visa for wife and children is KD 250, however, the concerned department has a last say in such issues and can issue a visit visa even if the salary of the sponsor is less than 250.

The duration of a visit visa for siblings and parents is one month only. Extension of visa is at the discretion of the General Department for Residence Affairs.

It was inhuman to restrict to issue dependent visa for children below 15 years age .it is also irrelevant to link profession as Marginal professional.it is logically correct to link at least to income whether they abele to afford expenses.it is also highly inhuman rejecting to issue dependent visa for a Mother for her minor children where husband died.in Arab countries they are not recognize women as family head.(kartha).no force on face of earth can’t separate children from Mother.it was haram .so please the authorities of India(Indian embassy)represent the this type of problems to Kuwait government.so u May bring happiness in their faces
