Actually the reason is for sentence to death ...people are not taking seriously for any kind of crimes. They are thinking they will escape after crime and jail in a few months. I think this is better solution to stop crime and rape cases..

Why the death sentence is the question. And when applied its only applied on expats and not on Kuwaitis. Its a sad fact that the expats are in Kuwait and our countries allow their citizens to come here. This country has no fair laws and equal treatment of all but a very apartheid law system. Any form of killing is evil, killing in all religions is only allowed in self defense. those that have twisted the laws or religions to allow killing will be now in hell for their crimes.

Death sentences should be given only for killing or attempting to kill others by force.
If drug is forced to be consumed by a person by force, it is a major crime. But even then, since the drug is not meant to kill the person, death senctences should not be given. They can be given jail terms. Pl note that people do wrong things thinking that they will not be caught. They will not do wrong things if they feel that they will be caught. Hence, giving death sentence will not be a lesson to others not to do such mistakes.
